Grand Hyatt Macau comprises two wave-inspired towers within City of Dreams — the much talked-about, aquatic-themed, integrated entertainment resort on Cotai. It has its sights set on being the leading MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions) venue in the region.
The hotel houses 791 guestrooms, many are suite-style with separate living spaces; for discerning guests the dedicated Grand Club Lounge is exclusively for Grand Club guests, with a bar and open kitchen offers complimentary full buffet breakfast, all day light refreshments and evening cocktails and canapés, plus the option of dining on a private outdoor terrace.
The hotel is also housing one of the largest event spaces in Macau; 15 individual function areas spanning almost 8,000 square meters, including a colossal Grand Ballroom and Salão do Teatro, the first ballroom in Macau encompassing a theatre-style show kitchen. The eight flexible meeting Salons, suitable for gatherings of between 40 and 100, nearby are two residential-style Salon Lounges for break-out receptions, and a fully-equipped Business Centre. For more informal events, the Pool Deck is an ideal alfresco location and one of the largest outdoor events venues in Macau.
For epicures, “dining from the kitchen” dinner buffet is featured at mezza9 Macau - an experience to evolve your five senses. Guests can watch the chefs in action and interact with them to tailor made meal according to preference. Beijing Kitchen specializes in northern Chinese fare, from classic northern Chinese appetizers to hand-pulled noodles and Traditional Beijing Style Duck. While enjoying these treats, guests are entertained by performances of the live band, accompanied by traditional Chinese and Western musical instruments.
