PCOs to boost Asia's status as associations hub

HONG KONG Seven of Asia’s leading professional conference organisers (PCOs) have formed a new organisation called the World PCO Alliance.

The founding members are K&A International from Taiwan, China Star Professional Programs from China, KW Conferences from India, Congress Corporate from Japan, People-X from Korea, ADS Conventions and Events from Malaysia, and Ace: Daytons Direct from Singapore.

The alliance will collaborate to ensure the effective promotion and marketing of members’ events in the region and around the world. It will also share and exchange knowledge on MICE education, technology, trends and other details.

A main priority of the initiative is to elevate Asia Pacific as a powerful emerging market for regional and international association meetings.
