Asian Aerospace 2009 attracts large crowd

Biennial event returns to Hong Kong's AsiaWorld-Expo

HONG KONG Asian Aerospace International Expo and Congress was held at AsiaWorld-Expo from September 8-10.  The event featured 400 exhibitors and attracted 12,000 visitors, including 3,000 from Mainland China.

Organiser Reed Exhibitions has confirmed the 2011 event will again be held at AsiaWorld-Expo.  Paul Beh, president, Reed Exhibitions – Asia Pacific, said: “The signing of the 2011 venue signifies Asian Aerospace’s commitment for Hong Kong and the venue, AsiaWorld-Expo. Hong Kong offers unmatched access to business opportunities in Asia and China, and AsiaWorld-Expo provides excellent infrastructure for this premier aviation event.”

The three-day event brings together practitioners and industry professionals from around the globe for an exhibition and congress, as well as a number of concurrently held trade shows.
