The flagship of JW Marriott Hotels and Resorts in Vietnam, JW Marriott Phu Quoc Emerald Bay Resort and Spa is set to open this month (January 25), making it the first international luxury hotel brand on Phu Quoc island.
Home to 243 lavish rooms, suites, apartments and villas, the resort is the work of famed architect Bill Bensley and features a beach-inspired colonial design and various room themes.
The resort's three restaurants and bars include authentic Vietnamese cuisine, a contemporary Japanese kitchen and classic French dining.

Meanwhile Red Rum, a beach-side seafood grill, showcases fresh local produce in a casual setting.
There's also Pink Pearl, which serves Cantonese cuisine in a beachfront mansion, and Department of Chemistry Bar, where “chemists” mix up alcoholic elixirs on the edge of Emerald Bay.
As well as leisure and recreational activties, the resort also features 1,100 sqm meeting space and a 715-sqm Grand Ballroom.
