IAPCO to host first seminar in TaiwanBy Staff Reporter

The International Association for Professional Congress Organisers' (IAPCO) educational seminar EDGE is set to take place in Taipei next month, marking the event's debut in Taiwan.
Featuring in-depth lectures, interactive discussions and workshops, the event will be held at the Grand Hyatt Taipei from April 17 to 19.
Event content will touch on future trends, program management and meeting design, finance and sponsorship, marketing and negotiation, and client management. At the end of the seminar, a certificate of attendance and appropriate CMP points will be provided for each participant.
Keynote speakers include Jan Tonkin, IAPCO president and managing director of The Conference Company; Mathias Posch, IAPCO vice president and CEO of ICS Canada; and Oscar Cerezales, chief operating officer of MCI Asia-Pacific.
The event will be organised by IAPCO and local host, GIS Group.
