EXCO Taiwan ties with MICE forum

Taipei trade show hosts 3,300 participants

TAIPEI The 2009 Taiwan Industry Exhibition and Convention Show (EXCO Taiwan) was held from November 19-20 at the Taipei World Trade Centre (TWTC).

Sponsored by the Bureau of Foreign Trade in Taiwan and organised by the Taiwan External Trade Development Council, more than 3,300 participants attended, including 140 international buyers. The event also featured the fourth annual Asian MICE Forum, where experts addressed issues facing the MICE industry.

Speakers included Brenda Anderson, CEO of the Society of Incentive Travel Executives and Anthony Wong, group MD of Asian Overland Services.
