Description
BITEC, Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre is Thailand's first state of the art purpose built centre for International trade exhibitions and conventions. The 50,400 sq.m. of available space can comfortably accommodate major exhibitions, conventions and congresses, from 30 to 23,000 delegates, and over 100,000 visitors per day in 6 pillar-less halls and 19 meeting rooms. Since 1997, most of Thailand's major International Congresses and Trade Exhibitions have selected BITEC as the venue of choice for the practical hall design & facilities and also for the professionalism of the service teams. In 2007 BITEC received the first Global award for best operations management from UFI, the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry. BITEC is only 15 mins. from the Suvarnabhumi International Airport, and is linked directly with the expressway to Bangkok's city centre, 10 kms away. The BTS Skytrain-Bangna Station is only 500 M. away from BITEC.
