Harbour Grand Hong Kong offers 12,685 square feet of hotel meeting rooms & facilities. The 6,200 square feet column-free Grand Ballroom accommodates up to 700 guests in a theatre-style setting and 280 guests in a classroom-style setting. Our Grand Ballroom and Salon Rooms all enjoy harbour views, and are suitable for virtually any type of signing ceremony, meeting, conference or seminar.
Grand Ballroom
An impressive limestone staircase sweeps directly up from the hotel lobby to a 2,099 square foot pre-function area, ideal for use as a registration or refreshment break area. The 6,200 square-foot pillar-less Grand Ballroom is a perfect venue for any occasion. It seats 600 guests in theatre style and 540 in banquet style. Located on the 1/F, it features an impressive 7-metre-high ceiling, special lighting effects with over 256 colours, a ceiling mounted projector and built-in projection screens. It can also be divided into two rooms to suit the preferred scale for your function.
Salon Rooms
Located on the fifth floor, the Salon Rooms are 7 versatile function rooms easily configured to meet the needs of your particular event. Each features adjustable partitions for multifunctional use. They can be opened up into a function space of 6,000 square feet, accommodating up to 450 guests in theatre style seating. All Salon Rooms enjoy spectacular views of the Victoria Harbour.
Le 188° Terrace
Le 188° Terrace is a sky garden that is perfect for small scale outdoor events. How fabulous would it be if the summer breeze could filter away all your worries to let you enjoy your cocktail at ease. Located on the 41/F next to Le 188° Restaurant & Lounge, Le 188° Terrace is a sky garden that no event planner should miss.
Viewing Deck
Another signature location, the Viewing Deck, boasts of awe-inspiring panoramic views of Hong Kong’s skyline and the world-renowned Victoria Harbour. The LED screen prevalent in the background is one of the largest in town, and suits the perfect way to announce your products to the world. This stunning venue can cater for up to 100 person cocktails and 10 tables for a banquet. This venue is truly miles apart from the rest and one that fits the demands of a variety of events.
