Orientica is a fine-dining and award winning restaurant that features the finest of Asian and World cuisine. It brought the concept of “fire, ice and water” to Vietnam. This innovation which revolves around the idea of letting the guests chose their preferred cooking method of the selected dishes, involving one of the elements fire, ice or water (and preparing the dishes live and right in front of them), has set the benchmark for fine dining in Vietnam.
Recent awards include “2010 and 2009 Winner of the World Spice Food Festival at Sri Lanka”, “2009 Best Restaurant of the Year”, “2009 Gold Medal Winner at the Vietnam Culinary Challenge” and “2009 MLA Black Box Culinary Competition Champion”.
