The 282-room Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen is one of China’s newest and most exclusive properties.

What about the meeting facilities?
The hotel has a good range of conference and function space. The 608 sqm grand ballroom can be divided by three, while the hotel also has nine smaller function rooms ranging in capacity from 12 to 300 delegates.

Overall the hotel features 1,320 sqm of meeting space, all with advanced audiovisual technology including a broadcast system linked to all function rooms and built-in projectors. Other features include the hotel’s Conference Butler, floral artist services and a dedicated catering and conference team.

One major highlight is the hotel’s pool deck, which can do great outdoor events.

What F&B is on offer?
Seven dining options range from a lobby lounge and all-day dining to its high-end Chinese and Italian restaurants.

How do I get there?
The hotel has a handy position just 10 minutes from the Futian border crossing to Hong Kong and is also across the road from Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center. It also has easy access to Shenzhen’s new metro system, which connects with the Hong Kong border.

Like all hotels in Shenzhen, it is possible to reach the Ritz-Carlton in one hour by car from Hong Kong island, without getting out of the vehicle at the border crossing.
