Waterfront dining
The upscale Watermark Seafood Bar & Grill boasts amazing views of the Victoria Harbour and has hosted events for Yahoo, Samsung, Cartier and AIA.

The entire restaurant can be booked out for a sit-down meal for up to 140 people, or 300 people for cocktails. There is a private dining area on its mezzanine floor that can fit 24 people for dinner or 34 people reception style.

The French Window at the International Finance Centre has a modern grey and white interior and sweeping views of the Kowloon skyline. It can accommodate 150 people for cocktails and 66 people for a French meal, featuring dishes such as gratinated salmon with lemon and sauté spinach.

The restaurant has a PA system with wireless microphones, as well as a built-in projector with two screens located in the front and back of the restaurant. In particular, The French Window has a long, tunnel-like entrance leading into the main area that lends itself well to branding and other collaterals for an event.

Modern Asian
For a canapé menu with a difference, the trendy Roka restaurant focuses on Japanese robatayaki cuisine, where food is cooked over an open charcoal grill. Located at the Pacific Place office and shopping complex, and within walking distance from JW Marriott Hong Kong, Conrad Hong Kong and Island Shangri-La, the restaurant can be booked out for cocktail events of 300 people maximum and has hosted an event for HSBC.

Wine events
Classified

more areas across Hong Kong. There is another restaurant in Exchange Square – the heart of the Central business district – that can accommodate up to 65 people.

Classified has held events for Barclays, HSBC, JP Morgan and Nomura. It can organise a ‘Cheese & Wine Master Class’, headed by a cheese specialist who is fluent in English and Chinese.

Alternatively, Classified can put together a wine and cheese menu that is served family style for an informal but memorable culinary experience.
