Aiden McAuley has been appointed managing director of Swissotel the Stamford and Fairmont Singapore. McAuley has been promoted from general manager of Swissôtel the Stamford and will retain his position as regional vice-president, Asia Pacific, for Swissôtel Hotels and Resorts.
Vincent Mercurio has been appointed general manager of Conrad Bangkok. Mercurio has more than 20 years’ experience in the hospitality industry including senior positions with Ritz-Carlton in Shanghai, Dubai and Bali.
Angkana Tangkrachang has been appointed director of business development at InterContinental & Holiday Inn Bangkok. Tangkrachang was most recently director of sales MICE – corporate at Millennium Hilton Bangkok.
Andrew Hartley has been appointed director of sales and marketing at Sofitel Shanghai Jing’an Huamin. Hartley leaves the same position at Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi, to be replaced by Carl Sladen.
Stephane Duchenne has been appointed resort manager at
InterContinental Bali Resort. Duchenne joins from InterContinental The Palace, Red Sea, Egypt.
Lucy Yan has been appointed director of sales and marketing at Crowne Plaza Sanya. Yan was most recently area director of sales and marketing for Banyan Tree Lijiang.
Jammie Tee has been appointed director of marketing communications at Sheraton Shanghai Hongqiao Hotel.
