Tucked away in a quiet spot on Sentosa Island is the little-known private dining room 35 Artillery. Run by Sentosa Leisure Group, the 21 sqm room seats just 10 diners and must be booked at least a week in advance. Sentosa’s executive chef will produce exquisite meals from US$80 per person based on several specialty set menus, which range from modern European to Asian and fine delicacies. Despite its seemingly remote location, groups can be driven right up to the front door, with parking available outside.
