What is on offer?
The Brunei International Defence Exhibition Hall (Bridex) opened in August 2009 to host the first Brunei International Defence Exhibition, for which it was purpose-built. It was also the host venue for the Asean Tourism Forum (ATF) 2009 and a recent DST Mobile client event. There are two exhibition halls offering 4,965 sqm and 5,345 sqm respectively.
The VVIP Dome connects the two halls and can be used as a central registration point for larger exhibitions. Conference facilities include a banquet hall with space for 1,500 delegates theatre style or 700 for banquets. There are six meeting rooms on the floor above ranging from 95-155 sqm.
How much does it cost?
Exhibition Hall 1 is US$6,210 per day including first-floor courtesy rooms, and the slightly larger Exhibition Hall 2 is US$6,440. These rates do not include carpeting.
The Banquet Hall is US$2,330 per day and includes seating facilities for 700 people. The meeting rooms above range from US$89 to US$120 per day. The ground floor of the VVIP Dome is US$1,550 and the upper floors are not available for corporate events. Venue rental is inclusive of basic audiovisual equipment such as projector screens and central PA system.
Where is it?
Bridex is located at Jerudong Park. The exhibition halls and outdoor display platform overlook the South China Sea.
