BANGKOK The UFI Open Seminar Asia 2011 will be held at Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld from February 24-25. A Sustainable Development Focus Meeting will also be held on February 23.
"According to UFI's research, the exhibition industry in Thailand expanded by 70% between 2005 and 2009 - making it the third fastest growing exhibition market in Asia during that period,” said Mark Cochrane, regional manager of UFI Asia Pacific.
“The theme of this year's seminar is Elements of Success and we have an exciting line-up of speakers covering topics including: trends in event marketing, crisis planning and opportunities stemming from sustainable development policies."
The event is being organised by UFI, the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry, and will be co-hosted by the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) and the Thailand Exhibition Association (TEA).
