Our head offices are in Tokyo with another five branches around Japan. We also have offices in Beijing and Shanghai China and operate conferences for clients in many venues worldwide.
How many staff do you have in Asia?
We have over 1,000 employees in Asia with wide-ranging talents in conference planning and operation, venue consulting, exhibition planning and logistics, facility operation, website and other graphic design, medical and academic conference abstract handling.
What type of events do you specialise in?
We mainly produce international events such as conventions, government meetings, academic, scientific and medical association meetings and exhibitions, as well as managing convention facilities in Japan and China. Our main specialties are academic meetings and state-level government ministerial meetings.
What is the best event you have done?
We organised both the medical conference and exhibition for the General Assembly of the Japan Medical Congress, the largest medical convention and exhibition in Japan. Over 30,000 doctors attended this “Doctors’ Olympics” and even more rewarding was the participation by upwards of 380,000 citizens, who enjoyed the innovative, participant-friendly exhibitions.
