The W team will assist with your themed event including the use of top-of-the-range audiovisual and lighting equipment.
The Great Room contains high definition LCD screens ranging from 52-inch to 65-inch, DVD recorders, mixing amps, AV inputs and Draper rollermatic projector screens, as well as fully programmable lighting fixtures and surround-sound speaker systems. Specialised backdrop and digital signage are all included.

The pre-function space with western harbour views is the perfect venue for pre-dinner cocktails, complete with a DJ, W mocktails and W canapés. Want to add that extra touch of glamour? The Liquid Wow package is an additional US$308 per table and includes four hours of soft drinks, fresh orange juice and local beer, as well as house red and white wine. 'Wheels' valet parking service also included.
