MARINA BAY SANDS
The five-storey Sands Expo and Convention Center is one of the largest venues in the region, with space for 2,000 exhibition booths and 250 meeting rooms capable of holding up to 45,000 delegates. The grand ballroom on level five is the region’s largest and will seat 11,000 people for a theatre-style conference and 6,600 people for a banquet. It can also be converted into 16 smaller rooms.
Outdoor spaces
The Event Plaza can hold 10,000 people at maximum capacity and seats can be configured to face in either of two directions.
The entire Sands SkyPark on level 57 holds nearly 4,000 people while the observation deck can cater for about 900. Two exclusive restaurants cater for hundreds of diners for private cocktail sessions or dinners.
Other attractions
In total, the venue’s two theatres have a seating capacity of 4,000. Both spaces, which open later this year, can be converted into creative venues for product launches, presentations or conferences. The museum will also provide a unique cultural setting for events.

RESORTS WORLD SENTOSA
At full capacity the Resorts World Sentosa Convention Centre, which is located below the Hard Rock Hotel, can host about 12,000 people. The pillarless Compass Ballroom is one of the largest in Southeast Asia. It seats 7,300 delegates theatre style, or up to 5,500 for banquets. There are a total of 26 function rooms in the convention centre.
Outdoor spaces
Along with the Bull Ring and Universal Studios Singapore, Sentosa also houses the Coliseum, located next to the Hard Rock Hotel, with capacity for 1,300 people theatre style, or up to 800 for meal functions.
Other attractions
Evening events can be arranged at Universal Studios Singapore theme park from 7.30pm onwards, with a minimum 500 guests within a single zone. There are seven zones in the park, which can be hired to host private events for up to 12,000 people.
