What’s special?
Hong Kong’s only boutique heritage hotel occupies the upper floors of Hullett House at 1881 Heritage, once the city’s Marine Police Headquarters. The 10 suites each reflect a certain period in Hong Kong’s history and range from 73 to 94 sqm, all with private terraces and views of Victoria Harbour. The central courtyard of 1881 Heritage is available on a limited basis for open-air business events.

On-site dining
The Parlour offers three distinct spaces. The East Room is covered with canvases depicting Victoria Harbour at the turn of the 19th century; the West Room continues the overall Chinoiserie theme, with the Dragon Bar at its centre.

Stables Grill occupies the former two-storey horse stables and outdoor lawn. Loong Toh Yuen serves contemporary interpretations of Cantonese food in the main dining area with two private rooms and the 50 Pigeons courtyard, which includes a nightly cultural performance.

Modern European restaurant St. George can seat 40 people in its main dining room and 20 and 30 diners respectively in its two private rooms. There is also a formal dining or conference room seating 24.

Also located at Hullett House is upscale robatayaki restaurant Busy Suzie.
