We Say…The set-up here is a world away from the glitz and glam of City of Dreams. Big massage rooms with dark wood, low lights and expensive furnishings, and champagne on arrival, all add to the experience. The spa also has a huge salon area for nails and hair, and opulent changing rooms with spa baths and gym access.

Capacity…Eight treatment rooms including one couples villa.

Cost…US$180 for the hotel’s signature Trigger Point Relief Massage. This is a 100-minute combination of shiatsu, Indian head massage and reiki that relieves tension and toxins, and enables the free flow of chi and lymphatic fluid.

ISALA SPA AT GRAND HYATT MACAU
They say…Isala Spa captures the diverse heritage and culture of Macau with exclusive treatments in a peaceful environment.

We say…Each earth-toned spa suite features a private lounge, rain-shower, vanity area, washroom, iPod station and Mor of Australia amenities. Traditional Chinese massage is complemented by Macanese ingredients.

Capacity…15 spa suites can accommodate 21 people at any one time. In-room treatments are available.

Cost…US$135 for a 90-minute treatment. The Isala signature massage uses an organic seaweed balm, and combines a foot massage and stone therapies.
