The brief
LPG wanted to hold a press conference to introduce their fitness equipment to the China market, primarily high-end beauty salons, spas and hotels located in Beijing and Shanghai.

Challenges
The equipment required careful unpacking and installation as well as access to many electrical power outlets. The hotel staff was briefed on this in advance and was able to setup the equipment display without issue.

Execution
LPG chose Fairmont Beijing for its luxury and its central location. Also, the hotel’s Hutong event spaces have a dedicated floor, which meant the event could be private.

A press conference was held in the main Goldfish room and the equipment was demonstrated before guests were invited to trial it for themselves.
