BRUNEI Brunei has successfully hosted Asean Tourism Forum (ATF) 2010 with the theme ‘Asean, the Heart of Green: 10 Destinations, One Conservation Vision’.
ATF 2010 comprised a series of meetings, a conference and the main event – the Travel Exchange (Travex) from January 26-28.
Held at Bridex, Brunei’s newest convention and exhibition facility, ATF 2010 drew 750 exhibitors, 363 buyers and 300 other delegates from 56 countries.
Organiser Brunei Tourism was pleased with the solid turnout. Several regional and medium-haul buyers were also shopping for MICE products, with hotels and travel companies equipped to tap this business.
