Seoul is a bit like Tokyo. The streets are clean and the service is good. Coex is a nice venue, especially with the beautiful Bongeunsa Temple directly across the road. It is good that young Koreans speak some English and that they have a passion for their work.

Seoul is big and clean, the people are quite welcoming for foreign groups. Chinese groups are really looking for good accommodation and teambuilding programmes, also they want to visit destinations they have never been.
Grand Hyatt has good character and history. It is an older hotel and it is well maintained and quite classy – it has a good feel to it. Coex seems quite modern and has everything our conference would need. It is also well located near major hotels as well as having two InterContinental hotels attached to it. The people also seem quite happy to serve, which makes a big difference to a group’s experience.
