Teo Hock Seng, chairman of Singapore GP (left): “Bringing Formula One to our shores is definitely a major coup. Successfully hosting the world’s first-ever night race not only put us in the international spotlight, it also changed many people’s perception of Singapore from simply a stopover to a complete destination.

“The stakeholders, vendors and cast of thousands involved in putting the event together benefited from what is now an iconic global sporting event. The award acknowledges the tremendous efforts of the entire team.”

“Tenants were either involved in the operations or entertaining guests. The team adopted the bold and visionary approach of harnessing state-of-the-art technology from the UK to produce a 3D holographic video show on a scale never before done in Singapore.”
