DAY ONE
An unforgettable Asian-themed welcome reception at the Asian Civilisations Museum introduces delegates to the rich, colourful culture and history of Singapore and neighbouring countries.

A multi-ethnic, high-impact dance performance accompanied by pounding drums signifies an auspicious conference opening in the Pan Pacific Singapore ballroom. Delegates will sample a variety of local delights during tea breaks and an Asian buffet lunch.

At day’s end, delegates will head to the Singapore Flyer – the world’s largest ferris wheel – for a night of networking and relaxation. The private dinner is catered by Megu. Later, enjoy the breathtaking view of Marina Bay while sipping a Singapore Sling or – at additional cost – a ride on the Singapore Flyer.

DAY THREE
After another morning of intellectual stimulation, the conference ends on a lighter note with a tour of the Newater Plant to understand how Singapore is striving to be self-sufficient in water supply through technology and innovation.

DAY ONE
Waterfront Conference Centre at the Grand Copthorne Waterfront (GCW) is the meeting venue. The programme begins at GCW’s pier with an evening cruise along the Singapore River, taking in the changing landscape from old go-downs to the ultramodern central business district.

Upon returning to GCW, welcome cocktails are served outdoors by the river, accompanied by satay, popiah (fresh spring rolls) and other local fare.

DAY TWO
At Level 2 of the conference centre, the fullday agenda gets underway, punctuated by two breaks and lunch offering a choice of international or Asian cuisine. Organisers may add value to the conference experience with product and service displays by industry-relevant exhibitors.

DAY THREE
After another full-day meeting, the conference ends with a beachside ‘Bathing Suit & Black Tie’ gala dinner, held at Café del Mar on Sentosa Island. Delegates can party the night away to music provided by DJs on the venue’s exclusive stretch of sandy beach.
