The 825-room Grand Hyatt Beijing offers 2,930 sqm of events space and can host conferences for up to 1,000 people. The hotel is also offering a six per cent rebate off the master bill until March 2010 for all business events held there.
Pullman Beijing West Wanda features 2,160 sqm of meeting space, including its 1,400 sqm ballroom with a maximum capacity of 1,400 for cocktail functions. The hotel is offering a full-day meeting package that includes lunch and two coffee breaks for US$80 per person. The hotel has WiFi throughout, four meeting rooms with natural daylight and managers for each event held there, and is located just inside the Third Ring Road West. Recently the hotel hosted the 11th Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference National Committee for 200 people and the 2009 Carrefour North China Territory Store Manager Seminar for 70 people.
The 1,312-room Beijing Marriott City Wall is the city’s largest five-star hotel. Its 1,220 sqm ballroom is among the largest in town and there is a further 3,000 sqm of meeting space. Its meeting package is US$85 for a full day.
