H-One
The H-One interior features sky blue velvet, amber silk wall lamps and turquoise silk wall panels, but the highlight is the floor-to-ceiling windows with views over Victoria Harbour.

Executive chefs Alberto Boccelli and Juuse Mikkonen prepare traditional dishes with contemporary twists. Boccelli specialises in authentic Italian cuisine while Finnish-born Mikkonen's expertise lies in modern European.

The dining area can host events for 130 people and is divided into three distinct spaces, which ensures privacy for smaller events. A reception desk near the entrance can be used for events that book out the entire restaurant.

The Garden Suite can host up to 40 guests in a naturally lit space featuring a charcoal grey, black and gold palette. Ocean Room can be used for harbourview events for 24 people, while Twist Room seats eight for exclusive dinners. There is also a chef’s table, which can seat 40 people alongside the open kitchen.

A special menu is available until August 15 featuring rare white salmon.
