Brief: organise a four-course set dinner for 50 delegates with simple entertainment
KAN EANG @ PIER
Kan Eang is located at the end of the pier at Chalong Bay with a charm of its own and has been a favourite among locals and visitors for more than 30 years. Kan Eang is famous for its live and fresh seafood that is barbecued in its unique style using coconut husk instead of charcoal to grill, which creates a freshly smoked flavour and sweet aroma. The venue’s outdoor terrace stretches 200 metres along Chalong Bay, offering your group panoramic views of the pier, yachts and nearby islands. A live jazz trio will entertain delegates.
There are two choices for the four-course set dinners. The first includes Phuket lobster salad, grilled tiger prawn in seafood basket and coconut ice-cream served with water chestnuts in a whole coconut. The second includes shrimp cocktail, baked Phuket lobster with fresh garlic and butter served with green salad and coconut ice-cream.
Cost Option A is US$60 per person; Option B is US$90 (not including tax or service charge)
