The basics…The award-winning Chuan Spa sits on level 41 of Langham Place Hotel. The dark-wood interiors and large treatment rooms feature a wide range of massage and therapy treatments. The 90-minute Chuan Harmony massage is one of its most popular treatments.

I-SPA, INTERCONTINENTAL HONG KONG
The basics…I-Spa applies ancient feng shui principles throughout its design, décor and treatments. The recently renovated pool terrace now includes a trio of infinity spa pools and two spa cabanas, all of which enjoy that famous view over Victoria Harbour.

ESPA AT PENINSULA, HONG KONG
The basics…The Peninsula Spa by Espa is one of Hong Kong’s best pampering options. It has just launched its new Fly and Relax spa package, a helicopter and spa option that is fast becoming one of the city’s best incentive options. The Peninsula is Hong Kong’s only hotel with a helipad. Incentive winners get to take a 15-minute guided flight over the city, before returning for their therapy session. Treatments begin with a 60-minute aromatherapy massage, followed by a 50-minute facial. This is followed by a light lunch by the hotel’s pool.

SPA, FOUR SEASONS HONG KONG
The basics…The treatments at Spa combine traditional techniques with contemporary twists in a modern light-filled setting. Asian spirituality is a feature of its extensive menu, which includes jade stone therapy, chakra hot oil massages and organic facials. Hydrotherapy treatments are also offered.

BLISS AT W, HONG KONG
The basics…NYC-import Bliss has just opened at W amid high expectations. Forget ancient rituals and chimes, Bliss is all about unwinding while having fun. Therapists use Bliss’ own line of products.
